1 Iron Complete Sets
Since I have received my clubs, each day has gotten better. Once I quit trying to compare a Cobra F9 to the Blackstone to hit the same distance and started calibrating how far I could hit each club and put the yardage clip on them, I am very happy with the results. My only comment would be that it would be great if the yardage clips came in increments of five yards instead of ten. The consistency between clubs is very satisfying and will help me to improve my game this year. I currently have a GHIN handicap of 8.0 and feel that this will go down.

I live in Northeast Ohio, so I have only been to the driving range twice and have hit 160 balls so far. The black face and white lines on the Blackstone irons really do help in getting the club squared to the target. I have been consistently hitting the ball in line with my target. There is an adjustment that needs to be made regarding aligning the ball in your stance but that didn't take long to figure out. Given the weather, snow, it is hard to accurately judge distance, but I believe I am relatively close club for club with my old set. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised, I like the set and will be keeping it. They are just as advertised and marketed.
With the snow, I have been working on hitting the ball consistently in my garage hitting bay. Have never had #3 - #5 irons working on them.
Love the black and white face which help me to square the face at sit up.

Great consistent feel with same grips, one length irons and one length fairway clubs at the driving range. Irons have improved my direction with the white line alignment on the face of the club.
The clubs look great, feel good, and I know it will be a learning curve. 3 days after arriving we got 27" of snow. Waiting for a new virtual range/course set to open in a couple weeks to actually hit them.
The irons hit with a heavy and hard impact that is incredibly satisfying, climb high and carry a long distance, the woods (3 wood in my case) is incredibly easy to launch and the driver sizing is spot on, I’ve never been so consistently around the sweet spot of a driver my entire life.
If you have an issue or question David Lake himself sees to it and makes sure you are 100% satisfied.
For my money the best irons hands down, easiest to hit woods, and spot on driver, combined with excellent customer support makes going with any other equipment a poor decision: I’m definitely using their products for the rest of my golfing lifespan and I’d suggest you do too.
New to the game, just started playing. Change into one iron’s One length irons has improve my consistent striking. Still waiting for scores to drop, however will continue play these clubs
Clubs are works as advertised
I got back into golfing after about 10 years. My old set was broke down and I started researching clubs. I always found my longer irons and even my driver way harder to hit than my 6.7.8 etc. Found these and decided to take a chance. They are amazing. For a weekend golfer that doesn’t have a ton of time to hit the driving range or play a lot, these are like hitting your favorite club all the time.
I have given the clubs a full and fair 3 week "tryout". Unfortunately, they do not meet up to the results I had hoped for or anticipated. I gave them a ranking of 3, as they are not a bad looking set by any means and when I was able to make solid contact, they performed OK, but still not up to that of my "gamers". Was hoping that would not be the case, but what didn't work best for me, may and could work well for someone else. Woods worked better than irons for me, but still could not match what I currently had in my bag.
I will be looking to return them under the 30-day, money back guarantee offered. I will do this in a separate email, so feel free to remove that part of this review, should you want to post this on your site.
I much appreciate the opportunity to try these unique clubs.
