My name is Jose. Let me start by saying that I divide this review into two sections . In the first section, you guys scored a five star review from me. The clubs were delivered in a timely fashion. They were in very good condition and they feel very good. That’s the first section of the review. Second part of the review is the club's performance as I play them. I am 76 years old and started golfing in my mid 50s. I’m a 20 handicap lowest handicap in those years was 16. Before these clubs, I was playing cobra one length clubs. They were my best hitting clubs.I am approximately15 yards shorter with your clubs than the cobras. I hit-your clubs at the ranch twice and played them at the golf course twice so it’s taking a little time to learn how to hit these clubs i’ve watched Dave‘s videos, so I’m working on improving the hitting of your clubs the second part of review will come later.
Life-long golfer who has tried many sets of clubs over the last 45 years. I decided to purchase the Driver + #3 wood + #3 iron - LW (13 clubs). I wish I had learned of One Iron Golf clubs years ago, as the single length irons have made a difference in that old definition. "Golf - A good walk spoiled" is now "Golf - A great game enjoyed".
I have used equal length irons for the last 5 years. Bought cheap heads and shafts online and built my own. They worked but weren’t great. These irons are amazing. Perfect fit and correct loft and lie. Immediately noticed the difference in striking. Have already shrunk my handicap after 5 rounds.
I purchased the Blackstone iron set 3-PW in early Sept, there was an error with the clubs I received so I contacted them and they immediately acknowledged the error, took responsibility for the error and shipped out another set NIB the next day. So the customer service was great, sometimes things happen and it was taken care of. I’ve played 27 holes with my new Blackstones and I like them, they immediately made a difference. It takes more than 27 holes to readjust and master my new swing (with all irons being identical weight and length) but the concept of a his design quickly made a difference in my consistency and eliminated two ugly shots per round. With some more practice, which gold requires regardless of your clubs, I am confident I will enjoy these clubs for years and drop at least 6-7 strokes off my game within 3 months and probably a couple more as time goes on. And I’ve received many compliments on how striking these clubs look.
The low profile fairway wood headcovers were exactly the description online. They were, indeed, “low” profile, and their fit was perfect. The online store was easy to maneuver through. Your Customer Service was professional, and the Delivery was timely. In all, my experience with One Iron Golf was delightful.
These are great glasses for golf they are very light weight and the price is unbelievable. I've bought several pairs.
Hi David. I really like the clubs. I had a used set of Blackstones prior, which were close to the correct length but I like the pro lines better overall. I like the grips, but I thought they would be a little bit thicker as I’ve seen on other 1iron sets. Maybe it’s because they were a demo set? Thank you again for your assistance.
I'm just over 6'4 and got the 39" 11 club set 19 degree to 59 degree. They are the perfect length and feel great. I played my variable length irons at 1.25" longer than standard, so for me these irons ended up being the same length as my 5 iron. Tall golfers should not hesitate to use single length irons.
I’m extremely happy with the clubs. Solid product that I got a great price on. Love the length of the shafts, absolutely confident with every club. Also, love the 5 and 7 woods!
As I am getting use to my 1 Iron/Gria single length clubs (I love 'em!), the distance clips have been helpful in determining which club to use. My only wish is that they were a little more "snug" around the shaft so that they wouldn't slide when putting a club bag in the bag.
The clubs are high quality and the similar length is an advantage in ball striking. The degree stamp on the clubs instead of the traditional club numbering system is a bit annoying. Offering numbered club head covers for the irons could make up for that perceived flaw.
I received my clubs in the time promised and in perfect shape they are well made and fun too play with thank you Tim
First few games with my one iron clubs. Best feature so far is I am hitting the ball straight. Length has fallen off a bit but that's OK as I get into less trouble. I am 82 yes old and I think that the fall off in distance relates to a slower swing speed. Overall I am a happier golfer
