Custom Fitting Single Length Irons
All human beings share the same skeletal, muscle, tendon, and joint functions and from a mechanical standpoint are the same regardless of height or sex. Non-mechanical differences arise in custom fitting however, for instance: the height of a bicycle seat needs to be greater for a taller person than a shorter person even though the mechanical design of the bicycle remains the same. By the same token, there is only one true fitting variable in the building of golf clubs and that is club length. Based on your wrist-to-floor measurement, we adjust your club length to correspond to our clubheads' lie angle to ensure a proper fitting.
Taking your Wrist-to-Floor Measurement:
- The wrist-to-floor measurement should be taken while standing on a hard surface.
- Wear jogging/gym shoes (not golf shoes) not in excess of 1.5" sole.
- Stand with your back against the wall at strict military attention. Place your shoulders and head against the wall, your feet together, and your arms rigid and straight down at your sides.
- Hold a pencil in your right hand (right handed golfer). Back your arms against the wall and then take the pencil and make a mark where your left wrist joint hits the wall. Just the opposite for a left-handed golfer.
- Measure from this mark to the floor.
- Important: Do not round-up the measurement to the next higher inch increment. For instance, if your measurement is 34 and 7/8″, do not round up to 35″.

How to correctly measure your clubs:
Club length is properly measured by placing the golf club in the address position with the scoring lines on the club face parallel to the ground and then measuring directly alongside the shaft from the butt end of the grip to the point where the shaft would intersect the ground if it extended through the heel of the club head.
Very Important:
Do not order based upon what you consider to be your favorite iron (ie: #7 iron), and do not use that corresponding wrist-to-floor measurement when placing your order. When ordering you need to specify your actual wrist-to-floor measurement to ensure a proper fitting. This chart reflects club length based upon our club-head lie angles. Consequently, our fitting process does not apply to any other brand.
For the taller golfer: based upon your wrist-to-floor measurement you may be concerned that your irons would be a typical #3 or #4 iron club length; however, do not compare your measurement to your current #3 or #4 iron. The lie angles of your “long” irons are much flatter than ours which, at your size, requires you to bend over excessively and reach out for the ball at address. The club head lie angle of our irons is 63.5º which is far more upright and allows you, for the first time, to stand upright and much closer to the ball at address resulting in the ideal upright swing posture and swing plane. The taller golfer benefits the most from our fitting formula since they have never played golf clubs that have even come close to fitting them properly. The result being that they have had to develop a very inefficient posture and swing where they are bent over excessively and reaching way out for the ball with every iron in the bag.
How Does the Wrist-to-Floor Measurement Work?
It is based upon trigonometry. At the point of ball impact in the downswing, your wrist, the ground, and the clubhead, form a right triangle. Assuming an ideal swing posture, there is a non-linear mathematical relationship between your wrist-to-floor measurement while standing at attention and your wrist-to-ground distance at ball impact.
The clubhead lie angles are known for the irons and fairway woods as well as the length of one side of the right triangle based upon your mathematically factored wrist-to-ground distance at impact. This gives us the measurement of two angles and the length of one side. We then use trigonometry to solve for the hypotenuse or club length. This is somewhat oversimplified as we factor in shaft deflection and numerous other factors. The fitting formula that we developed produces the ideal golf club length for anyone regardless of height or arm length.

We feel that to truly evaluate a set of golf clubs to determine if they are right for you takes time; and hence, our 30-day return policy (does not include Used/Demo golf clubs, Accessories, or Special Orders). To our knowledge we are the only golf club manufacturer in the entire industry who offers a full money-back return policy on golf clubs after they have been played which should tell you volumes about our commitment to our customers.
If you are not completely satisfied you may return your golf clubs within 30-days of receipt for a full refund of your original purchase price (no hidden fees or re-stocking charges). Limited Warranty
We warrant our golf clubs to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year following the original ship date. We will, without charge to the original purchaser, repair or replace the club if it proves to be defective during normal use within this period (normal use does not include misuse or abuse and the associated damages ie: dents on the top, side, rear, or sole of a wood club-head). This does not cover grip or cosmetic wear and tear due to normal usage. Any alterations to the original golf club voids this warranty.

Very Nice clubs. They came well packaged and looked brand new. I have had an adjustment to my swing for the better with these irons. The lighter weight heads feel much better getting through the ball. The length adjustment is great. Same posture for all the irons. Look forward to playing many more rounds with these clubs and may get the wedges at some point. Would give them 5 stars but the finishing ferrule where the club shaft goes into the head came loose already on my 7 iron.. Not a big deal, knew they were used, but hopefully it is the only one. Very pleased with these clubs.

I gained interest in single length irons when I purchased a set of Cleveland Niblicks in 2018.
Lofts 37, 42, 49 and 56 which are all 35 inches long and 66 degrees lie. I enjoyed the success and consistency and decided to cut my Titleist 695mb's 3-pw to match the Niblicks.
I immediately improved iron play with my entire set modified to 35 inches and adjusted to 66 degrees lie with the help of the local fitter.
I used the modified Titleist set most of 2020 and the 56-degree Cleveland.
My iron play became much improved with the modified Single length Titleist vs the standard-length irons I have used for many years.
The main challenges I had with the Titleist modified set was ball flight and club head weight mainly with 3-7 irons.
Low ball flight made it challenging to stay on the greens as my ball often rolled off the back although I appreciated the low-ball flight on the windy days.
Varying club head weight made my swing feel different between clubs especially with 3-7 irons.
I added (quite a bit) of lead tape to try to resolve this and the guys had fun chuckling at the wad of tape on most of my iron heads and hosels...all in good fun lol...
I started shopping for single length irons and located a set of OneIron Pro-Line 3-Lw.
After reviewing the OneIron website, I made the purchase in Spring of 2021. I had instant success with 4-Pw irons at the range and loved the sweet feeling when connecting a clean shot.
I struggled adjusting to the Gw, Sw, and Lw so I often used a mixed set of my modified Titleist and OneIrons.
This became challenging with consistent ball striking when adjusting from the 35-inch Titleist and 37-inch OneIron clubs during my rounds.
I often would revert to all Titleist to improve consistency. After much practice the Gw, Sw, Lw OneIrons, I now have only the 37” OneIrons 4-Lw in the bag since September and I have thoroughly enjoyed the consistency throughout the set. I have fell in love the longer wedges.
My bag consists of Driver (43"), 3w (43"), 5w (43"), 4-Lw (37"), Pu (35").

As a demo set the clubs looked brand new. I enjoy having to swing every club the same path. The grips might just a size to small but I have not experienced and twisting in my hands.

I just recently picked up golf again after a 6-year hiatus. I have a full 1-LW set of Ping Zing 2’s as my player set and I just learned about the single length irons. I bought the used version of these since they were the cheapest single length set I could find. I’ve got four rounds and a few driving range sessions and at least 20 hours of pitching @ 50 yards and here are my impressions so far:
Appearance – 3/5. They remind me of my Knight irons when I first started golfing as a teenager. Nothing special, kind of dumpy looking. The topline isn’t distracting and the face finish is okay.
Fitment – 3/5. While the fitment calculator is great, I think that should just be a reference point. I’m 6’3” in my shoes with a 37” wrist to floor measurement. The calculator said I should get the 38” club so I went with it. Swinging what is, essentially, a 5-iron for every club is interesting for sure. However, I think feel should be highlighted in the fitting section as the more important metric and if I could do it all over again, I would actually go an inch shorter on the 3-P.
Feel – 4/5. These are heavy! I would say they are comparable to my copper beryllium Ping wedges. Definitely, takes some getting used to. Mishits are going to put way more torque into your hands and joints so be wary if you have “chunk” tendencies. When you hit these flush, it’s hard to describe. You KNOW you’ve hit it well. Again, I think it’s the weight…it's like when you hit a full swing sand wedge…it just feels different than when you hit a more typical cavity back iron.
Ball Flight – 5/5. Any club that would normally be shorter than whatever length you get launches quite a bit higher despite the stronger lofts (compared to traditional lofts not the new player improvement lofts). They hang in the air forever which is cool to watch but if you play where there’s a lot of wind, you will need to be aware of that. Great for shots into the green for sure. The three iron is essentially a short 2 iron. Roughly the same trajectory too but averages about 10-15yds shorter than a regular 2 iron. When compared to my Ping 3-iron, it’s goes the same distance with slightly less trajectory but it runs out quite a bit more. My Ping 3-iron averages 230 yds with a max roll out to 250. The Proline matches that for most shots but will roll out anywhere from 250 to a ridiculous 284 yds in the right conditions!!!! I haven’t had a reason to use my driver off the tee on even the longest of par 5s. Interestingly, everything from 5 down is within 5-10 yds of my normal irons. I haven’t hit my 4 iron more than 3 times so I don’t really have data on that.
Wedges – 4/5. Having wedges that are 38” is just too weird to get used to and they’re a nightmare for pitching/chipping if you don’t choke down basically to where a normal wedge would be. I’m sure, over time, you can adapt the swing to use them at full length in such a fashion but breaking over 30 years of “feel” is tough. I think the longest I would want to go is 36”. The rest of the irons are fine at the longer length. A full swing will generate enough spin to stop within a foot or so and pitching is roughly the same. Chipping has been tough to gauge because of the length but they don’t see to impart as much spin as a normal set of wedges.
Overall – 19/25. I like the single length concept and getting the cheaper floor models are a great way to experiment without shelling out the money for Avodas. The one length concept allows you to work on your consistency through basic repetition. You’re basically practicing the same setup and swing for everything but pitching/chipping. I advise everyone to figure out your optimal wedge length via feel before ordering. The biggest downside, if buying new, would be the price. I think these are quite overpriced compared with Cobra’s which are of a much higher quality and offer more options for shafts, grips, lie angles, and lofts. I wish they offered a 14* 1 iron, 17* 2 iron and a had their 3 iron closer to 19-19.5*.

So far I have 3 rounds and a couple of range days on my new clubs. I wish I had bought these years ago when I first saw them. One stance and one swing, it makes sense and is very comfortable. Everything is straight which is helping keep the ball in play. When I flush the ball I have gained at least one extra club length if it is not quite flush I still get the same distance as my old clubs. A little more work on my part and I will be flushing every shot. Sure wish I had bought these clubs years ago.

5 stars all-the-way. I purchased a set of Nova irons in December. At 69 years of age, I can say that these clubs will extend my years of enjoying golf significantly. With the easiest swing, the club does the work. High ball flight with super dependable yardages.
I purchased the Pro-Line sand wedge (53 Degrees) in February to fill the gap between my old L-wedge (58 degrees) and my new Nova Pitching wedge (48 degrees). A perfect fit and I'm very pleased.

I golf only about 7-10 times a year, sometimes less. Simplifying the game with the same swing using one-length clubs just made sense.
So, I purchased the Pro-Line set including the 3, 5, 7 and 9 woods. I hit probably about 1500 balls in a simulator this past month to re-tool my swing with the goal of consistency and decent distance. Plus, I have a goal to once again beat my daughter and son-in-law this upcoming year, and these clubs are giving me a fightinng chance. For reference, I'm 56-years old, 6'5" and 256 lbs. and can hit the 7-iron about 140 yards now. My swing speed is average. I place the ball in the middle of my stance for the 5 iron through wedges and maybe one ball further forward in my stance for the woods. Same swing for all of them--just two ball positions that are literally a 2" apart. All I care about now is executing the proper swing mechanics. The ball is always in the same place. The woods are all one-length, and the irons are all one-length. So, it really cuts down on the variables.
I don't buy into the reduced distance argument some make of one-length clubs. If you work on your swing and practice sound technique, you can flush these irons/woods just as well as standard, multi-length clubs. Needless to say, I am a fan of these clubs, and absolutely glad I made the purchase.

I have used equal length irons for the last 5 years. Bought cheap heads and shafts online and built my own. They worked but weren’t great. These irons are amazing. Perfect fit and correct loft and lie. Immediately noticed the difference in striking. Have already shrunk my handicap after 5 rounds.

Hi David. I really like the clubs. I had a used set of Blackstones prior, which were close to the correct length but I like the pro lines better overall. I like the grips, but I thought they would be a little bit thicker as I’ve seen on other 1iron sets. Maybe it’s because they were a demo set? Thank you again for your assistance.

I only have one issue, the clubs work well for me (one exception) but would like them better if they were a little heavier or more mass. I hit them all well except for the 6 iron, not sure why, as I hit the 5 fine.

I like the swing plane consistency, but the distance change is seems to be about 2 irons less. (i.e. 9 is now a 7) I am still trying to figure this out.
Hi Monte! It takes time to become fully acclimated to any set of new golf clubs, especially a set of single-length clubs. With single-length clubs, you must ingrain a new posture and swing. We suggest 4-5 trips to the range before playing a round of golf, and not playing with your previous set while becoming acclimated. As you can guess, I live in upstate NY, and golf is not taking place at this time. I have been able to hit my new irons into the net and so far things seem to look good. Good strike pattern on all the irons, easy to find the ball with all the clubs, and start target is good. More to come later.

My experience has been as expected or better. My order processed, clubs assembled/gripped, and shipped much faster than expected. The clubs arrived in like new condition, not a scuff on them. If I was to do anything different, it would be that I might order them a little longer, but that's just a preference in feel thing. At 43 yrs old, I can, and have been just fine, with them. However, my dad 65, felt that he was bent over more than his back was comfortable with. I have had a chance to play 3 rounds with them, but almost no range time. As I use them I am definitely getting more comfortable with them. So far I'm very happy.
